Whether you bought your items online or in one of our neighborhood spas, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the return.
